Her responsibilities revolve around maintaining a comprehensive oversight of agent activities, ensuring that all practices are in compliance with current regulations and adapting to future legislative changes.

Another major factor of Yvonne’s efforts is developing and implementing strategies to enhance agent performance, compliance, and risk management, as well as overseeing control processes.

Outside of the office Yvonne is mother to three wonderful children and she loves spending quality time with them. She also treasures relationships and likes to create time for special people in her life.
