She’ll be continuously evaluating and improving the customer support process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Another element of her role will involve collaborating with departments to address customer issues, gather feedback and advocate for customer needs.
This will ensure that Xprizo’s customer support activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as data protection laws and finance regulations. Feedback is vital for Xprizo understanding customer needs. This involves managing customer communication channels and mechanisms to gather insights and identify areas for improvement. Another focus will be on maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base and documentation to support customer support activities. Additionally, analysing customer support data to identify trends and patterns will help outline key improvement areas.
Ultimately Mary will be responsible for ensuring Xprizo’s customer service is exemplary. This will focus on operational excellence and efficiency enhanced through a customer service feedback loop.
Outside of work Mary loves to read, explore new places, and discover new recipes. Her creative approach comes from a passion for creating, whether it is art or food. Children are a big passion for Mary, and she loves visiting those in need who are vulnerable in society.
A perfect day for Mary would look like this. Camping near a beautiful sandy beach where walks would reveal more of the stunning scenery and historical culture and their significance.
Mary speaks four languages fluently. Dholuo (Native language), Swahili, French and English. She’s also close to being able to sign. Faith, Family and Work are the foundation of her world.
