Femi’s focus at Xprizo is building new and exciting features that play an instrumental role in helping Xprizo support the unbanked and underbanked around the world. Adaptable technology is vital as the company works in many challenging environments where connecting people to several national and international services has life changing benefits.

Day-to-day, Femi is also relentlessly analysing Xprizo’s existing features to see if they can be enhanced to better support our community. The ultimate goal is ensuring financial inclusion, access and security for the entire Xprizo community. He proudly employs a ‘zero-trust’ strategy when building security features to ensure the most robust systems are active.

Before joining the Xprizo family, Femi cut his teeth in numerous tech roles including being a Software Developer, R&D Engineer, Mobile Engineer, and Backend Engineer. These roles were across the fast-moving financial and banking sectors for companies such as Zone, Vendy, CloudBloq and leading financial services company Coronation.

Outside the office, Femi’s passion for nature flourishes as he indulges in observing ocean vistas and wildlife documentaries. His ideal vacation entails journeying to a secluded island, relishing countless nights under the stars around a campfire.

Femi is fluent in English and Yoruba and has limited proficiency in French and Swahili.
