As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to spearhead our existing Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the payments industry, targeting merchants, financial institutions, and other potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized payment solutions that address client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our payment technology solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering results and driving business success with quality assurance at the forefront of all business integrations and decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in technical sales or business development within the Payments industry, Telecommunications, Acquiring, Banks, Merchant or Payment Service Providers arenas.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of payment processing technologies, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, payment aggregators and/gateways, and mobile payment solutions.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of using Atlassian Jira and management of client integrations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, influence decision-makers, and drive sales growth.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based mainly in Malta, but willingness to travel as needed to Africa, Asia & LATAM and attend exhibitions and events.
