One-to-one training is an awesome experience to receive individual feedback to make our product even better. Mary travelled all the way from Bombulolou, booked a session with her super agent and also spoke with Xavier and Moses. Now that’s awesome. In her words, she hopes Xprizo opens up a world of financial stability and growth for her. The app is simple: once the registration process is completed and activation happens, she is looking forward to a call from Xprizo’s dedicated team of Customer Service Executives, to guide her and help her understand recent updates. With tools that Xprizo provides its agents to become successful, it’s no wonder that Mary grasped the importance of being an Xprizo agent, providing a crucial link to empowering financial inclusion and helping to bridge the gap between traditional banking services and the unbanked population.
