Njeru Karuana Joins the Xprizo Family as a Super Agent

Xprizo is delighted to welcome Njeru Karuana as the newest member of our Xprizo Family, where he assumes the role of Super Agent. Njeru’s primary objective is to strengthen Xprizo’s presence in Kenya, and his duties revolve around a multifaceted strategy.

Njeru will work closely with other Super Agents at Xprizo to expand the company’s presence in the region. Njeru’s vast knowledge of financial services and technology will be utilized to improve Xprizo’s services. In addition, his diverse heritage in international markets will also catalyze the identification of new opportunities and drive the company’s expansion.

Njeru’s addition to the Xprizo roster is anticipated to be a game-changer. It has the potential to considerably enhance our market presence and reaffirm our unwavering dedication to providing superior payment services in Kenya and globally. Njeru’s in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and his mastery of technology and global markets make him an invaluable asset in guiding Xprizo toward our strategic goals and delivering exceptional value to our most valued customers.

Njeru Karuana has a rich background as a seasoned Management Consultant, amassing over two decades of expertise in advising Financial Institutions and Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on matters of Corporate Governance and Business Management. He is renowned for his dedication to knowledge dissemination through his regular “Mind Your Business” training series, in which he distills his years of accrued knowledge and experience.

Before entering the consulting sphere, Njeru established a highly regarded career at renowned local and international corporations. His distinguished career included positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kenya Finance Bank Group, Southern Credit Banking Corporation Group, and the National Bank of Kenya. He served on the Board of Directors of Kenya Pipeline, a prominent Kenyan parastatal, for three years.

Njeru’s influence transcended geographic boundaries as he undertook brief assignments at several African institutions, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. During this period, he served as a Business Advisor to the VISA International Board for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

He possesses a degree from the University of Nairobi and has Marketing and Business Technology certifications, bolstering his credentials in the industry.
